14 Day Unopened Returns

You may return your mattress within 14 days of delivery if:

• It is unused and unopened
• It remains in its original packaging
• It is in a resalable condition

30 Night Comfort Guarantee

We understand that it takes time for your body to adjust to a new mattress. That's why we offer a 30 Night Comfort Guarantee, allowing you to exchange your mattress if it isn't the right fit.

How It Works

• You must use the mattress for at least 14 nights before requesting an exchange
• This allows your body to properly adjust to the new support
• Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

Exchange Terms

• A £59 collection and handling fee applies
• We will arrange collection of your mattress
• Your replacement mattress will be processed after collection

Upgrade Policy

If you choose a higher specification mattress, you will be required to pay the difference in price.

Conditions

To be eligible:

• The mattress must be in clean and hygienic condition
• A mattress protector must have been used
• The mattress must be free from stains, damage, or misuse
